About this role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented entry-level writer to join our marketing team. You’ll help develop content and coordinate marketing initiatives that bring energy and excitement to our brand. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone looking to launch their career in hospitality marketing with full training provided.
What you’ll do:
• Create engaging social media posts and content across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Support marketing campaigns across promotions, events, and advertising initiatives
• Develop and execute social media strategies including contests and creative campaigns
• Assist with graphic design for digital signage and marketing materials
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media and website activity
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth execution of all marketing programs
• Write clear, compelling copy for emails, promotions, and customer communications
Skills and background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in marketing a plus, but not required)
• Strong writing and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
• Comfortable with email marketing platforms and basic marketing tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with Canva or basic design tools is a plus
• Event planning experience helpful but not required
