About The Role
We’re looking for an entry-level content writer and digital marketer to join our growing team. You’ll create compelling copy, manage social media presence, design digital assets, and help build our online brand across multiple platforms. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our workplace.
No prior experience is required – we provide full training and support to help you succeed. You’ll work in a collaborative, creative environment where attention to detail and enthusiasm are valued.
What You’ll Do
• Write engaging copy for all customer-facing platforms and social media channels
• Create and maintain a consistent social media calendar
• Design digital assets including graphics, flyers, email campaigns, and promotional materials
• Manage and respond to customer interactions and reviews across social platforms
• Research audience preferences and current trends to keep content fresh and relevant
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Prepare reports on social media campaign performance
• Update website content and maintain platform layouts
• Assist with photography and video content creation
• Support additional marketing duties as assigned
Skills/Background Needed
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and creative copy
• Familiarity with social media platforms and how they work
• Basic graphic design skills (experience with design tools like Canva is helpful)
• Ability to work on multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Basic understanding of SEO and online marketing strategies is a plus
• Experience with WordPress or design software is desirable but not required

Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-person position. You’ll work Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with flexibility as business needs require. The role involves working in an open, collaborative environment with a casual dress code. You’ll have access to a relaxed workspace with free food and coffee.
