Role: Junior Content Writer – Marketing & Operations

About the position:

This is a hands-on role within the Marketing and Communications team. You’ll be the person who turns marketing strategy into published content, live campaigns, and well-organized operations. You’ll work across multiple areas including content creation, social media, email campaigns, event coordination, and marketing reporting. There’s plenty of room to grow and take on more responsibility as you develop your skills.

What you’ll do:

Content, Copy & Web

Draft and edit marketing copy for various channels. Manage website content and blog schedules. Create designs for ads, social media posts, and other marketing materials using Canva. Keep website content up to date and optimized for search. Check all published content for quality and brand consistency before it goes live.

Digital Assets & Inventory

Organize and maintain the digital asset library. Manage promotional items and event stock as needed.

Email & CRM

Help maintain customer contact records in a marketing platform and clean up duplicate entries. Support data entry after events. Draft, edit, and manage email campaigns. Monitor how campaigns perform and report on results.

Social Media

Write and edit social media copy. Plan and schedule daily social media posts. Monitor comments and messages, respond to engagement, and alert the team to any important items.

Events & Production

Coordinate event logistics, confirm vendors, and prepare checklists. Help plan photo and video shoots for upcoming campaigns.

Reporting & Admin

Pull together weekly performance data and create monthly reports on how campaigns are performing across channels. Track marketing budget and spending. Handle the daily task list and marketing calendar to keep everything running smoothly.

Skills/background needed:

Solid writing and editing skills. Comfortable using design tools like Canva. Familiar with a marketing platform such as a CRM system or marketing automation tool (you’ll get trained on the specific platforms we use). Strong organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks at once while meeting deadlines. Detail-oriented and quality-focused. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting when priorities shift. Interested in learning about the beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industry.

Experience required:

No prior experience required. Full training will be provided. A background in marketing, communications, or a related field is helpful but not essential. If you have any marketing experience—whether from an agency, previous company, or related work—that’s valuable and we’d like to hear about it.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Full time, permanent position

Location: Open to applicants worldwide. This role involves both office-based work at a desk and occasional visits to on-site facilities. You’ll primarily work on a computer, with occasional travel between locations for meetings, training, or events.
