We’re looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to help build our online presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate is self-driven, understands what makes content engaging, and can take ideas from concept to completion.
This position involves visiting workplace locations, capturing photos and videos, and creating content that reflects brand personality. Full training will be provided, and no prior professional experience is necessary—just creativity and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, team members, customers, events, and workplace experiences
Create fun, exciting, and engaging content for social media platforms
Produce short-form videos, stories, posts, and promotional content
Build and maintain a monthly content calendar
Maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms
Stay current with social media trends and creative ideas
Write captions that match brand voice and personality
Coordinate with team members to plan and capture content
Respond to comments and messages professionally
Track engagement and identify opportunities to grow social media presence
Travel between multiple on-site locations as needed
Skills/Background Needed
Creative, outgoing, and comfortable working in busy environments
Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities
Basic photography and video skills (experience creating personal content counts)
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others
Experience with basic photo and video editing applications (including free tools)
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Reliable transportation to travel between locations
Prior professional experience is not required—we value creativity and personality over formal credentials.
Contract Length
Flexible, with potential to transition into a permanent role
Schedule
This position requires a flexible schedule. Some evenings and weekends may be needed to capture events and special promotions.
Expected hours: 25–35 per week
