About This Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Specialist to help increase awareness and engagement across digital and social media platforms. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring 1-2 days per week on-site, with the flexibility to work from home for the rest of your time.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and manage social media content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create engaging posts, monitor performance, and track key metrics to understand what resonates with audiences
• Manage paid social media campaigns and handle associated invoicing and payment processing
• Collaborate with video production teams to schedule interviews and edit content for social media and video platforms
• Support graphic design and production efforts, including coordinating print materials and sourcing quotes for branded items
• Track media relations and provide regular reports on campaign performance
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
Skills/Background Needed:
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools (training provided if needed)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Prior experience in communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus, but we welcome candidates eager to learn
Contract Length: Full Time, Permanent
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Location: Hybrid – 1-2 days per week on-site, with remote work flexibility for the remainder of your schedule.
