About This Role
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented communicator to join our membership and administration team. You’ll support our membership operations while assisting with member communications, website updates, and marketing materials. This is a visible, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with multiple departments and leadership to deliver a seamless experience for our members.
What You’ll Do
Membership & Administrative Support
• Help organize and maintain accurate membership records, applications, and onboarding documentation
• Assist with administrative coordination for leadership meetings, including document preparation and distribution
• Prepare welcome materials and member communications for new members
• Support special projects across departments as directed
• Handle member inquiries with professionalism and care
Communications Support
• Help plan, write, and distribute regular member email newsletters
• Gather and prioritize content from different departments for announcements and event updates
• Help design and produce member-facing materials like flyers, signage, and event collateral
• Proofread outgoing communications for grammar, accuracy, and brand consistency
• Assist with photography and content gathering at events
Website & Digital Support
• Help update the website with event listings, calendars, photos, announcements, and menus
• Ensure web content is accurate, timely, and visually consistent
• Support digital channels and member-facing online tools
• Help troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with technical support
Skills & Background We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in membership, administrative, communications, or marketing roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shift priorities in a dynamic environment
• Professional approach to handling confidential information
• Experience with website content management systems is a plus
• Prior experience in hospitality or membership-based organizations is a plus

What to Expect
This is primarily an office-based role with regular movement throughout the workplace to coordinate with departments and attend events. You’ll typically work Tuesday through Saturday during business hours, with occasional evenings to support events and key communications deadlines. You may occasionally need to lift materials up to 25 lbs.
