As a Communications Specialist, you will develop and deliver internal communications that keep teams informed, connected, and aligned with organisational priorities. You’ll work closely with different departments to create clear, engaging content for all audiences—whether office-based, field teams, or frontline staff.
This is an on-site role perfect for someone who enjoys writing, managing multiple projects at once, and working collaboratively across teams.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute internal communication plans that support organisational priorities and keep teams informed and engaged
• Create clear, compelling communications tailored to different audiences and working environments
• Support team engagement events and initiatives
• Work with departments across the organisation to understand communication needs and shape messaging
• Track how well communications land and use feedback to improve future messages
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to create clear, engaging content for different audiences
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
• Comfortable collaborating with people across different teams and departments
• Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) is helpful but not essential—full training provided
