Marketing Specialist – Entry Level, On-Site

About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to support our team by helping build business using industry-leading marketing programs and technology. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, technology, and strategy.

You’ll work directly with team members and leadership to help grow the business by translating complex marketing tools, platforms, and digital capabilities into simple, actionable strategies.

What you’ll do

• Work with managers and leadership to identify clients who need strategic marketing and brand support

• Consult with clients on personal marketing strategies through group and individual sessions

• Help clients create digital marketing strategies using social media, building online profiles, and promoting customer testimonials

• Conduct regular reviews of clients’ online presence and identify opportunities for improvement

• Provide one-on-one assistance and issue resolution to clients as needed

• Prepare and promote monthly educational and training opportunities, presenting workshops in-office and online

• Support multiple offices by attending meetings, assisting with recognition initiatives, and representing the team in community outreach

• Assist with onboarding newly affiliated team members

• Attend and participate in regional marketing meetings and training sessions

• Communicate regularly with leadership on key initiatives and challenges

• Stay current on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and brand standards

Skills / background needed

• Strong project management and organisational skills

• Ability to follow direction and solve problems with critical thinking

• Strong communication and professional presentation skills

• Basic understanding of design principles and digital marketing

• Experience with social media marketing and digital content

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools quickly

• Strong writing and public-speaking skills

• Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and follow up on tasks

Prior marketing, creative, or communications experience is a plus, but we provide full training for entry-level candidates who show enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Work format

This is an on-site position requiring five days a week in the office. Weekly travel to multiple assigned locations is required.
