What You’ll Do
• Greet customers and build positive working relationships
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Review service inspections and build estimates
• Present recommendations to customers clearly and confidently
• Follow up on customer concerns and feedback
• Support daily operations and help achieve team goals
• Assist across multiple locations as needed
