This is an entry-level remote position where you’ll research, analyze, develop, and document detailed technical requirements for procedures, checklists, specifications, training materials, and operational reports. You’ll work with customers to ensure technical documents clearly and effectively communicate complex information. No prior experience is required—we provide full training to get you up to speed.
What you’ll be doing:
• Research, analyze, and develop detailed technical documentation and procedures
• Read and interpret engineering source materials, including technical drawings and design specifications
• Analyze and recommend safety criteria for system procedures
• Develop and document technical solutions in collaboration with engineering and operations teams
• Communicate technical information clearly to both internal teams and external clients
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly
• Ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Docs
• Willingness to learn safety documentation standards
• No prior technical writing experience necessary—we’ll train you
