About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Copywriter to help create short-form content for publication on a frequent basis. This role is ideal for someone with interest in journalism, global affairs, current events, or media—and who enjoys working quickly when news breaks.
Your main task: track current events in real time and turn them into clear, concise, and compelling copy—often same-day. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor breaking news and developing stories across multiple topics
• Write concise, accurate, and engaging scripts and outlines
• Summarize complex stories into clear, easy-to-understand talking points
• Flag important developments and suggest story ideas
• Revise copy quickly based on feedback
• Maintain a neutral, factual tone aligned with journalistic standards
• Work independently and communicate clearly with the team
Skills/background needed
• Strong writing skills with the ability to be clear, concise, and fast
• Interest in current events and global affairs
• Comfortable working on tight deadlines
• Good research instincts and attention to accuracy
• Familiarity with major news outlets
• Ability to work independently
• Any experience in journalism, newsletters, or digital media is helpful but not required
• Experience writing for audio or video delivery is a plus
• Willingness to work across different time zones when needed
No prior professional experience is required. We provide full training and support to help you develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
