About the role

We’re looking for a Digital Content Operations Specialist to join our team and help manage digital content projects across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll coordinate content workflows, timelines, and team collaboration to ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish.

You’ll work with various teams to manage website updates, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital content experiences. Your focus will be on keeping everything organised, on-time, and aligned with our standards. You’ll help improve how we deliver content across different regions and platforms, ensuring consistency and quality throughout.

What you’ll do

Content Coordination & Website Management

– Coordinate digital content projects across websites and digital channels, working with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent experiences- Help maintain content standards and governance processes, including review and approval workflows- Support improvements to website content and user journeys to better serve our audience- Identify opportunities to improve how we deliver content more efficiently and consistently across markets

Campaign Development & Stakeholder Management

– Manage timelines, feedback rounds, and approvals for seasonal campaigns and digital initiatives- Coordinate reviews and handoffs between teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts- Gather input from stakeholders and use performance data to recommend improvements

Creative Collaboration

– Work with creative teams and partners to coordinate briefs, feedback, and deliverables- Provide clear, actionable feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards- Review and quality-check digital creative assets before launch

Process Improvement & Analytics

– Support content workflows and help optimise processes for better efficiency- Analyse performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements- Test and help implement new tools and workflows that improve how we work

What you’ll bring

Nice to have

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field- Experience with content management systems or digital publishing tools- Familiarity with SEO and content optimisation- Experience in consumer retail or ecommerce environments- Interest in emerging digital tools and technologies
