Role: Automotive Service Advisor
About the role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them understand their vehicle service needs and ensuring they have a great experience. You’ll work with our service team to coordinate appointments, explain repairs, and build customer relationships.
No prior experience necessary – full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone with strong customer service skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a willingness to learn the automotive service industry from the ground up.
What you’ll be doing:
• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service needs
• Communicating with the service team about repair requirements
• Explaining service options to customers in a clear, friendly way
• Building positive relationships with repeat customers
• Supporting the overall smooth operation of the service department
• Being available to work Saturdays as part of the schedule
