About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Content Manager to help build and grow our online presence. You’ll create engaging content, manage our accounts across multiple platforms, and connect with our audience. What you’ll do
• Create and share engaging posts on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Write copy and design graphics using tools like Canva to make our content visually appealing
• Schedule posts and manage daily social media activities to keep content consistent
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience feedback to build positive community relationships
• Track how our posts perform using analytics tools to understand what works and what doesn’t
• Run simple social media campaigns to reach new audiences
• Work with the wider marketing team to ensure our social content aligns with overall goals
• Keep up to date with trends and updates across different platforms
Skills/background needed
• Experience or strong interest in social media and digital marketing
• Comfortable using design tools like Canva or similar software
• Familiarity with social media platforms and how they work
• Ability to write clearly and create content for different audiences
• Basic understanding of how to read analytics and interpret data
• Excellent communication skills and genuine interest in building community
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
