About the role:

We’re looking for an entry-level Content Writer to join our team and help create engaging content across social media platforms. You’ll plan, write, edit, and publish content for multiple channels, manage day-to-day social media activities, and help coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing in a supportive environment. No prior experience required—we provide full training and guidance as you grow in the role.

What you’ll do:

• Write, edit, and publish engaging content for social media platforms and promotional materials

• Create platform-appropriate copy designed to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement

• Manage day-to-day social media tasks, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement

• Assist with live-streaming sessions, including content preparation and audience engagement

• Support marketing events and promotional campaigns

• Edit short-form video content and other digital materials for social media

• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and messaging standards

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and other team members to develop and optimize content

• Monitor content performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements

• Stay informed on digital marketing and social media trends to enhance content strategy

Skills/background needed:

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (required)

• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content publishing

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in digital marketing, social media trends, and content strategy

A background in marketing, communications, or journalism is helpful but not required. Experience with Canva, video editing, or graphic design is a plus but not necessary—we’ll provide training on the tools you need to succeed.
