• Call customers to present quotes and discuss service options

• Process paperwork, obtain payment information, and manage order fulfillment

• Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and team members on completed work and ongoing repairs

• Monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers and internal teams

• Follow up with customers after repairs to confirm satisfaction

• Track quotes, sales information, and timelines in company systems

• Handle warranty processing according to company policies

• Work toward monthly performance goals set by management

Skills and background needed:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to speak clearly and present confidently over the phone

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

• Ability to read and process work orders accurately

• Strong customer service focus and ability to handle different communication styles

• Ability to lift 25 pounds repeatedly (assistance available when needed)

• Prior experience in a service writer or similar customer-facing administrative role is preferred but not required

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but not necessary

What we’re looking for:

You’re someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in solving problems. You communicate clearly, listen carefully, and follow through on commitments. You’re organized, accurate with details, and always looking for ways to improve. You work well as part of a team, take direction well, and stay calm when managing multiple priorities. Reliability and a positive attitude are essential.

Why join us:

Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role. You’ll work with a supportive team in a structured environment, and gain valuable experience in customer service, sales coordination, and service operations. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the company.
