Overview:
We’re looking for an entry-level Business Intelligence Analyst to support our marketing strategy by working with data from multiple sources. You’ll help uncover insights about customer behavior and market trends, then make recommendations to improve customer experience and business growth. This role combines research, data analysis, and clear communication—and we’ll train you in everything you need to know.
You’ll work closely with different teams across the organization, using data analysis tools to develop solutions and insights. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a detail-oriented mindset.
What You’ll Do:
• Gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources using spreadsheet software, databases, and analysis tools to provide reports and forecasts
• Meet with different departments to understand what data they need and create processes for collecting and organizing information
• Take complex data findings and explain them clearly to managers and executives in language that’s easy to understand
• Analyze customer behavior, loyalty program data, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Support research projects and studies by collecting, organizing, and analyzing both internal and market data
• Work with teams across the organization to help them make decisions based on data and customer insights
• Create clear, well-organized reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders
• Identify new ways to use data and analytics to support business goals
Skills/background needed:
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases—you’ll build these skills on the job
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot patterns in data
• Excellent writing skills—you’ll need to explain data findings to non-technical audiences
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems by asking questions and exploring root causes
• Comfortable presenting information to groups of people, including senior leaders
• Experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools is helpful but not required
• Any background in marketing analytics, customer data analysis, or business research is a bonus
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
