About this role
We’re looking for a Content Campaign Coordinator to help manage social media and content projects from start to finish. You’ll work with our team to plan campaigns, coordinate with team members, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time. This is a fully remote role perfect for someone eager to learn project management and content coordination in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing
• Build and organize project plans, schedules, and timelines working with team members and stakeholders
• Schedule and lead project meetings including kickoffs, brainstorms, and progress reviews
• Communicate project status to team members and keep everyone informed
• Help define project requirements, organize budgets, and plan resources
• Support the team in meeting project deadlines and delivering quality work
• Assist with content and social media projects, learning the full campaign process
• Monitor project performance and help identify what’s working and what could improve
• Communicate with team members and collaborators, ensuring clear and timely updates
Skills and background needed
• No prior experience required – full training provided
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar
• Familiarity with project management tools (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
• Interest in learning about social media content and campaign strategy
