Position overview
We are accepting applications for full-time and part-time lecturers to teach courses in animation, film production, screenwriting and critical media studies. This is an excellent entry point if you have professional experience or a relevant advanced degree and want to share your expertise through teaching.
What you’ll do
Responsibilities include lecturing, holding regular office hours, and writing and grading assignments and exams. Appointments are made on a flexible basis, and the role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of storytellers and media professionals. You will have full support and resources to deliver engaging, high-quality instruction.
Skills/background needed
A terminal degree or equivalent professional experience in your field is required. You should have qualifications to teach in one or more of these areas: animation, film production, screenwriting, or critical media studies. Prior formal teaching experience is not required—we welcome industry professionals and subject-matter experts who are ready to mentor students.
Rate
Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length
Full-time or part-time; positions are reviewed on a flexible, as-needed basis throughout the academic year.
