We’re seeking an entry-level Content Writer to join our digital content team. In this role, you’ll support the creation and management of social media content across multiple platforms. You’ll work on a variety of tasks—from developing content ideas to analyzing performance data to posting and managing our digital presence. No prior experience is required; we provide full training and support.
What you’ll do:
Monitor social media accounts and ensure content follows best practices for copy, timing, and creative quality
Prepare content performance reports and help your team use data to plan content strategies that grow audience reach and engagement
Research competitor content and share insights with your team to keep our content strategy fresh and innovative
Stay on top of social media trends and suggest content ideas to your team
Create and post content across social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube
Troubleshoot technical issues with social platforms as they arise
Support other digital content tasks as assigned
Skills/background needed:
Passion for social media and digital content creation
Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube)
Basic experience with content editing tools such as Photoshop or similar video/image editors (training provided)
Ability to read and interpret social media analytics data
Strong curiosity about trends and what makes content engaging
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort with a fast-paced environment and willingness to adapt as priorities change
Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Contract length: Full Time
