About this role
We’re looking for an entry-level Content Writer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help shape how we communicate changes and updates to our customers. You’ll work on creating clear, engaging content that helps people understand and adopt new features and processes. No prior experience is required — we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
What you’ll do
• Write clear, customer-friendly content that explains product updates, feature changes, and process improvements
• Transform complex technical information into simple, actionable messaging
• Create training materials, guides, FAQs, and support documents for internal teams and customers
• Collaborate with product, customer success, marketing, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Develop content for multiple channels including email, in-app messaging, websites, and community platforms
• Help organize and manage change communication projects from start to finish
• Learn and apply change management best practices to improve how we communicate with customers
• Track how well our communications work and use feedback to improve future content
Skills/background needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical or complex ideas in a clear, simple way
• Comfortable working with multiple teams across different departments
• Basic project management skills or willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to ask questions
• Curiosity about how customers use products and services
• Fluency in English
• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates
