About this role:
You’ll join a team working on digital media strategy and planning. As a junior member of the team, you’ll support the development and execution of media plans, learn how digital media campaigns work across multiple channels, and build your skills in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our workplace.
What you’ll do:
• Support the media planning team in developing and executing media strategies and tactics
• Work with internal teams and external partners to execute and maintain media plans
• Prepare and maintain plan budgets and billing documentation
• Organize and maintain planning documents, assets, and quality assurance materials
• Work with data to calculate key performance indicators and analyze campaign performance
• Use third-party tools to manage campaigns and issue orders
• Create competitive analyses and analytical reports
• Write recommendations and suggest media optimizations based on campaign data
• Assist in campaign trafficking, reporting, and account reconciliation
• Meet with media partners to understand how they can help achieve campaign objectives
Skills/background needed:
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
• Experience with social media advertising platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with ad serving systems is helpful but not required
• 0–1 years of media planning experience
