• Track and analyse site performance using analytics tools, identifying drop-off points and recommending fixes
• Support organic and paid traffic growth initiatives
• Implement SEO best practices across product pages, collections, and landing pages
• Pull weekly performance reports from various platforms and share observations with your manager
• Use AI tools to help streamline content creation while maintaining brand voice
• Collaborate with IT, creative, and sales teams on projects and integrations
Skills and Background Needed

• Solid copywriting skills for web and digital content
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (site merchandising, navigation, landing pages, promotions)
• Working knowledge of SEO applied to live web pages
• Experience with website analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting
• Comfort designing and reading A/B tests on live pages
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Curiosity, self-motivation, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to collaborate across teams
• A good eye for design and appreciation for design-led brands
