Content Writer – Healthcare Marketing, Remote

Overview:

This is a full-time, fully remote position. You’ll work as a Content Writer within a growing marketing team, developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate across multiple departments to create strategic commercial content, working with product teams, sales, clinical specialists, regulatory partners, and external creative agencies. No prior marketing experience is required—full training will be provided.

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Strategy & Content Development

Work with product and sales teams to understand customer needs and business goals, then translate those into marketing campaigns and content strategies. You’ll write clear creative briefs that outline campaign objectives, key messages, target audiences, and success measures. Partner with creative agencies and internal teams through the entire campaign process—from initial concept through final launch and performance review. Learn to take complex product information and turn it into messaging that resonates with the intended audience.

Multi-Channel Campaign Execution

Develop and launch integrated campaigns across email, social media, digital platforms, video, web content, and print materials. Manage workflows and version control using standard marketing tools. Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure all messaging meets required standards. After campaigns launch, analyze performance data and field feedback to identify what worked and apply those lessons to future campaigns.

Sales Support & Enablement

Create content and resources that help sales teams and partners effectively communicate with customers. Organize campaign materials on a central platform so team members can easily access and use them. Monitor how sales teams engage with content and recommend improvements based on usage patterns and feedback.

Research & Strategic Insight

Support market research efforts to understand customer needs and campaign effectiveness. Analyze research findings, performance data, and customer feedback, then translate those insights into clear recommendations for campaign strategy and messaging. Help maintain a prioritized content pipeline based on business priorities and market opportunities.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

Plan and execute social media, email, and digital campaigns aligned with overall strategy. Monitor performance metrics like engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversions. Build and send email campaigns using standard marketing software. Provide recommendations for optimization based on data.

Event Support

Support marketing execution for trade shows and educational events, including creating graphics, collateral, advertising, and pre- and post-event communications.

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing colleagues, product managers, and cross-functional teams to align messaging, campaign timing, and priorities.

Skills/background needed:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. You’ll need strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly to different audiences. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Hands-on experience managing social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube (including campaign setup, posting, audience targeting, and monitoring performance) is required. Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a plus. Experience managing multiple projects with different deadlines, and the ability to work independently while staying organized, is important. Prior healthcare, medical device, or regulated industry experience is strongly preferred but not required—we provide full training on industry-specific knowledge and compliance requirements. Experience with standard marketing tools and platforms will be covered in onboarding.
