Role Overview:
We are seeking a Service Writer to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will communicate with customers about their vehicle servicing needs, prepare service estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs. No prior experience is necessary—full training will be provided.
What You’ll Do:
– Speak with customers to understand their vehicle issues and service requirements- Prepare clear and accurate service estimates and quotes- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on progress- Work with service technicians to ensure repairs are completed on time- Explain recommended services and repairs to customers in an easy-to-understand way
Skills/background needed:
– Strong communication and customer service skills- Ability to build rapport with customers- Willingness to learn automotive service processes- Basic computer skills helpful but not required
Contract length:
Full-time, permanent position
Rate:
Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Location:
On-site, local position available. Relocation support may be discussed.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, day shift with occasional weekend availability.
