• Greet customers warmly in person and handle phone calls in a friendly, professional manner

• Listen carefully to customers’ descriptions of vehicle issues and ask the right questions to document problems accurately on service forms

• Explain recommended services, repairs, costs, and timelines in simple, jargon-free language so customers understand what’s happening

• Create accurate cost estimates for parts and labor, get customer approval, and process payments

• Schedule service appointments efficiently to keep our team on track

• Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s progress, letting them know about any changes, delays, or extra work needed

• Work closely with technicians to ensure all materials are available and information is passed along accurately

• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy, working to solve problems and build loyalty

• Keep customer and vehicle records up to date using shop management software

• Basic knowledge of cars and maintenance, or willingness to learn quickly

• Excellent communication skills—you should feel comfortable talking to customers and team members

• Comfort using Microsoft Word and Excel, plus the ability to pick up shop management software with training

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you can handle multiple tasks at once in a busy environment

• Problem-solving mindset and patience when handling tricky conversations

• A valid driver’s license is preferred

What We Offer

• Competitive entry-level compensation

• Full training provided—we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed

• Health, dental, and vision insurance

• Paid time off and vacation

• Retirement plan options

• Employee discounts on parts and services

• Ongoing training and professional development to help you grow

If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and ready to deliver great service in a fast-paced automotive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
