About the role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Visual Content Assistant to join our team on-site. This is a great entry-level position for anyone interested in videography, photography, and digital media production. You’ll work alongside a creative team to plan, film, edit, and share visual content across multiple platforms. No prior professional experience is necessary – we provide full training and support.
What you’ll be doing:
Visual Production & Editing
You’ll assist with planning, filming, and editing video and photo content for various projects and platforms. This includes capturing product photography, event coverage, and promotional media. You’ll learn to organize and adapt content for use on social media, websites, and print materials. You’ll also work independently to edit content to match brand guidelines while collaborating with other team members on internal projects.
Content Management
You’ll help catalog, organize, and retrieve visual media files using established systems and guidelines.
Social Media Support
You’ll assist with social media campaigns, engage with viewers through comments and messages, and help drive traffic to our digital channels.
Skills/background needed:
• Familiarity with video editing and photo editing software (such as Adobe Lightroom and Premiere Pro), or willingness to learn• Basic comfort with camera equipment, audio equipment, and lighting• Good organizational and computer skills• Understanding of social media best practices and content planning• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities• Reliable, punctual attendance and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
