We’re looking for a Content Writer to join our team on a fully remote basis. You’ll work with subject matter experts to conduct interviews, transcribe discussions, and transform them into polished written content. You’ll also edit existing content, write scripts, and help optimize media materials for our website and digital platforms.
This role involves creating engaging content for multiple formats—websites, blogs, social media, case studies, guides, and more. You’ll research topics thoroughly, develop compelling headlines and body copy, collaborate with team members on creative ideas, and ensure all work meets SEO and conversion optimization standards.
Responsibilities
- Create clear, engaging headlines and body copy for various platforms
- Research and organize facts, sources, and interview subjects
- Conduct interviews and transcribe discussions
- Brainstorm content ideas and strategies with team members
- Write and edit content for websites, blogs, articles, social media, banners, case studies, and guides
- Optimize content for search engines and user conversion
- Collaborate with designers, campaign managers, and creative team members
- Manage multiple writing projects across different platforms and topics
- Support team members to meet shared goals
Skills/background needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write clearly and accurately across multiple platforms
- Comfortable with basic HTML formatting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with SEO and keyword placement is a plus
- Experience with content management systems is helpful but not required
Minimum qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Some writing experience is beneficial but not required—we provide full training for the right candidate.
