About This Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face customers see when they bring their vehicles in for repair. You’ll guide them through the service process, keep them informed about their vehicle status, and ensure they feel confident in the work being done. This is a great entry-level position for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in the automotive industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers warmly and professionally as they arrive
Explaining repair recommendations in clear, easy-to-understand language
Managing the flow of work to keep things running smoothly
Communicating with customers by phone and in person about their vehicle status
Building positive, lasting relationships with customers
Assisting with customer service activities and supporting the team
Occasionally providing customer shuttles in company vehicles
Ensuring all work meets quality standards
Other duties as needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need:
A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Comfort using Windows-based computer software
A friendly, professional manner when communicating with customers
Ability to stand and walk throughout the day
Willingness to occasionally lift or carry items up to 50 lbs
Dependability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
