Role: Content Writer & Patient Care Assistant
Contract length: Full time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Local on-site position
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
About the role:
This is a unique hybrid position combining content creation with front-of-office patient care. You’ll split your time between digital work and in-person patient interaction in a small, supportive medical office environment.
No prior medical or professional experience is required — full training will be provided for all clinical and administrative tasks.
What you’ll do:
Content & Digital Work:
— Adapt and reshape existing office materials into social media posts, emails, and short videos
— Create and edit short videos for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
— Manage the office’s online business profile with posts, photos, and review responses
— Work with tools like Canva and other accessible software
Patient Care & Reception:
— Answer patient phone calls and schedule appointments
— Greet patients as the first point of contact
— Assist with patient care under supervision
— Respond to routine patient questions
What we’re looking for:
You don’t need experience, but you do need:
— Comfort with digital tools and a willingness to learn new software quickly
— Experience creating content (videos, graphics, or managing social accounts) — even as a hobby or personal project
— A genuine, warm personality and patience with people
— Reliability and a professional approach
