Role: Service Advisor

Overview:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the trusted professional customers rely on for help with their vehicles. You’ll guide them through the entire repair process, keeping them informed and ensuring their satisfaction. No prior experience in automotive service is required – full training will be provided.
What you’ll do:
• Greet every customer with hospitality and respect• Explain repair solutions in a clear, easy-to-understand way• Manage workflow efficiently and maintain organised processes• Communicate clearly with customers by phone and in person• Build positive, long-term relationships with customers• Perform customer service activities and coordinate with the team• Assist with vehicle shuttles as needed• Ensure all work meets quality standards• Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere• Handle additional responsibilities as they arise
Skills/background needed:
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record• Ability to use Windows-based computer software and learn new systems• Comfortable being on your feet most of the day (standing, walking, coordinating tasks)• Able to occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 lbs• Able to maintain a steady work pace in a busy environment• Reliable, dependable, and available Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm• Professional phone manner and strong communication skills• Genuine interest in helping customers and working as part of a team
