About The Role:
We’re seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join our backend and full-stack development team. In this role, you’ll help build and maintain systems that process millions of records daily, working with modern cloud technologies and collaborating with experienced engineers who will mentor you throughout your journey.
You’ll work on real-world projects that matter, learning by doing while contributing to systems that power user-facing features. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your technical skills in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Write clean, maintainable code for backend services and data pipelines under the guidance of senior engineers
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Learn industry best practices in cloud development, deployment, and system design
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team processes
• Work with modern development tools and technologies; we’ll teach you what you need to know
• Build features that deliver intuitive user experiences
• Work in an Agile environment with regular sprint cycles
What You’ll Bring:
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar
• Understanding of core computer science concepts: data structures, algorithms, and database design
• Familiarity with web application development and basic cloud concepts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing quality code
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to ask questions and seek help when needed
