Content Writer & Marketing Specialist – Entry Level, On-Site

Help shape how a growing software company connects with customers across multiple markets.

Do you want to develop real marketing skills while working on content and campaigns that genuinely matter?

We are looking for an entry-level content marketer and storyteller to help shape how we show up across our industry and global market.

In this role, you will work on both strategy and delivery. You will shape content, campaigns and customer touchpoints that strengthen our brand, create demand and support growth.

You will have a broad canvas and the freedom to learn, improve and shape the work. You will create plenty yourself, bring colleagues into the process, and use specialists when the task calls for it. You will not be starting from scratch—there is a solid foundation and genuine room to grow alongside experienced colleagues.

What you’ll do

You will:

  • Develop content and campaign ideas that customers notice, remember and act on
  • Write and produce customer stories, thought leadership pieces, email and social content
  • Translate product knowledge into clear messages and use cases
  • Create and manage website content for events, webinars and partnerships
  • Help protect and strengthen our brand across customer touchpoints
  • Brief and work with freelancers and specialists, and assess the quality of their work
  • Learn to turn strategic priorities into marketing people care about

What we’re looking for

You are someone who:

  • Writes well and knows what makes a story worth telling
  • Understands how content supports business goals without sounding like pure sales copy
  • Can get close to customers and technical information, ask good questions, and turn complex ideas into communication that feels relevant and easy to understand
  • Sees both the big idea and the details that determine final quality
  • Can manage projects and stakeholders with calm and clarity
  • Cares about quality without letting perfection prevent progress
  • Views tools like artificial intelligence as helpful aids, but brings your own judgment, curiosity and point of view to everything

A strong background in B2B marketing, communications, journalism or a related field is preferred. If you have worked with software companies or complex industries, that’s a genuine bonus. No formal degree is required, but relevant experience and a portfolio of your work are important.

Full training will be provided. We are looking for people with the right attitude and willingness to learn, not necessarily years of prior experience.

About the role and the company

You will be based at our office location and work on-site three days per week. The remaining time can be worked flexibly. Some meetings may take place outside standard US business hours due to our international team.

We are an established software company with global reach and a collaborative culture. We combine the pace and autonomy of a smaller company with the stability of a mature international business. We are ambitious and expect people to take ownership, but we do not confuse long hours with commitment. We care deeply about doing excellent work and considerably less about status and corporate ceremony.

Travel of up to 5–10 percent may be required for selected events, customer visits, content projects and company meetings.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Full time, permanent.

Skills/background needed: Strong writing ability, interest in B2B marketing, ability to work with complex information, willingness to learn. Prior marketing experience is helpful but not required. Full training provided.

Location: On-site based position. Local applicants preferred.
