About This Role
We’re looking for an entry-level Content Writer and Social Media Specialist to help build a growing brand from the ground up. You’ll work directly with leadership to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
This role combines creative content production, strategic marketing thinking, and the adaptability needed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll transform raw material—podcasts, webinars, interviews, and events—into engaging short-form content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Distribution
• Create, edit, schedule, and publish high-impact content across social media platforms
• Transform podcasts, webinars, interviews, and events into engaging short-form content
• Repurpose existing content into fresh, platform-specific formats including video clips, Reels, and posts
• Develop compelling hooks, headlines, and captions
• Use Canva and basic editing tools to create graphics, thumbnails, and social assets
Content Strategy & Growth
• Analyze social media performance data to identify trends and opportunities
• Recommend content strategies and creative ideas to drive growth and engagement
• Help shape the long-term content strategy for the brand
• Stay aware of platform trends and emerging content opportunities
• Work closely with the leadership team to brainstorm ideas and execute on new opportunities
Podcast & Interview Support
• Assist with interviews, podcasts, and long-form content creation
• Identify key messaging from conversations and transform it into engaging content
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce content across multiple formats
Skills/background needed: Strong instincts for messaging and content creation, basic editing skills (captions, headlines, pacing, formatting), comfort using Canva and social media publishing tools, experience creating and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms, confidence working directly with founders and senior leadership. No prior professional experience required—we provide full training. Bonus skills include podcast production experience, social media account management, copywriting, familiarity with AI tools, and basic analytics understanding.
