Digital Marketing Specialist – Entry Level, Full Time

Role Overview

We’re looking for an entry-level Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role perfect for an ambitious early-career professional eager to build real-world marketing experience, take ownership of meaningful work, and develop a strong foundation in digital marketing. You’ll work across multiple channels—from social media and content creation to email marketing and affiliate campaigns—gaining exposure to strategic planning while working closely with experienced team members.

What You’ll Do

Your core responsibilities will include:

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and publishing schedule

Write, edit, and publish blog articles and long-form content that inform, engage, and convert target audiences

Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, copywriting, scheduling, and performance tracking

Manage and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns, including partner communication, link tracking, and performance analysis

Assist in content creation across digital channels including landing pages, digital ads, and promotional materials

Monitor key performance metrics and assist in identifying optimization opportunities across campaigns

Collaborate with team members on growth initiatives, bringing a proactive mindset to every project

Support additional marketing initiatives as the business evolves

Skills/background needed

Essential:

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field (internship or academic project experience counts)

Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and formats

Foundational understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email, search engine optimization, and content marketing

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure

Comfort with common digital tools and platforms such as social scheduling tools, email platforms, and Google Analytics

A portfolio, writing samples, or examples of past marketing work (academic, internship, or personal projects all welcomed)

Nice to have:

Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp

Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms or tracking tools

Basic understanding of search engine optimization principles and content optimization

Experience using project management or organizational tools

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
