Role Summary:
This is an entry-level marketing and content role supporting a dynamic team. You’ll help develop and implement marketing strategies, create engaging content across multiple platforms, and support customer acquisition and brand growth. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll interact regularly with team members, customers, and media. You’ll develop a diverse range of marketing and creative skills in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Create and organize content for social media, digital and print channels, and website platforms• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance• Coordinate media communications and requests• Design and create marketing materials including graphics, photo and video content• Manage website and digital content• Write, edit, and publish posts, updates, articles, and other marketing materials• Support customer acquisition and relationship-building initiatives• Contribute to special projects as assigned
Skills/background needed:
No experience necessary. You should have:• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Excellent organizational and time management abilities• Attention to detail• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Willingness to learn design, photography, and video editing tools• Familiarity with social media platforms• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Any background in content creation, graphic design, photography, or videography is a bonus but not necessary.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves on-site work. You must be able to stand for extended periods (2.5–3 hours), navigate multiple levels, and perform light lifting (up to 25 pounds) as needed. Work in outdoor environments may be required. Operational flexibility to meet business needs is essential. Some business travel may be required.
