About the role:
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our marketing team as a Marketing Account Manager. You’ll serve as the main point of contact between our agency and our clients, managing day-to-day communication, coordinating project workflows, and ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
This is a full-time position that is primarily remote, with one in-office day per week to support team collaboration.
What you’ll do:
Client & Account Leadership
Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining consistent and proactive communication. You’ll lead client meetings, document discussions and action items, present work and recommendations, and develop a strong understanding of each client’s brand, products, competitors, and marketing goals. You’ll also identify growth opportunities and assist with proposals, invoicing, reporting, and strategic planning.
Project & Workflow Management
Manage projects from start to finish using project management tools. You’ll create timelines, assign tasks, coordinate internal teams, track budgets and deliverables, and meet deadlines. You’ll monitor progress, solve problems as they arise, and keep all files, documentation, and reports organized and accessible.
Quality Control & Proofreading
Maintain high quality standards across all deliverables—digital, print, web, and production. You’ll conduct detailed proofreading, review materials for brand alignment, and verify all information before work reaches clients or production facilities.
Campaign, Content & Digital Support
Support campaign execution across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels. You’ll help with content planning, contribute ideas, provide writing support, and help prepare case studies and reports. You’ll stay informed on industry trends and use available tools to work efficiently.
Website Project Management
Oversee website projects from start to launch, managing content updates, edits, approvals, and quality control. You’ll coordinate timelines and assets across teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Production & Vendor Coordination
Work with external vendors for print, mail, promotional items, events, and video projects. You’ll manage estimates, timelines, proofs, and deliveries, and provide occasional on-site support as needed.
Administrative Support
Contribute to office operations by helping with documentation, file management, scheduling, calendar coordination, and vendor communications. You’ll also assist with team initiatives and general administrative tasks.
Skills & experience needed:
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. You may also qualify through relevant marketing or agency experience.
You should have:
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs and Sheets, and project management tools

• Outstanding proofreading, writing, and communication abilities
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
