Role Overview:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face customers see when they bring their vehicles in for service. You’ll guide them through the repair process, answer their questions, and help them understand their vehicle’s needs in a clear, honest way. This is an on-site, full-time position where you’ll work Monday through Friday, building real relationships with customers and being part of a supportive team.
What You’ll Do:
• Greet customers with genuine hospitality when they arrive at the facility
• Explain repair solutions in a way that’s easy to understand
• Help manage the flow of work throughout the day
• Communicate clearly with customers by phone and in person
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Support the team by assisting colleagues as needed
• Occasionally shuttle customers in a company vehicle
• Ensure all repairs meet proper quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
• A current driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Basic comfort with Windows-based computer software
• Willingness to learn automotive service systems
• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Reliability and the ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift
• Comfortable occasionally lifting items over 50 lbs
• Ability to work at a steady pace in a busy environment
• Prior experience in automotive customer service or sales is helpful but not required – we’ll train you
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, permanent
