Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records & Legal Writing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll gather, organize, and analyze medical records, then use that information to craft clear, persuasive written documents. No prior legal or medical background required—we provide full training.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain, review, and summarize medical records from healthcare providers, including hospital records, physician notes, diagnostic test results, and billing information.

Identify and extract key medical information to support case claims.

Prepare comprehensive medical chronologies and timelines to document treatment history.

Conduct research to understand medical terminology, procedures, and industry standards.

Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies.

Maintain detailed records and documentation to support case processes.

Request and analyze relevant documentation for case files.

Skills/background needed: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn medical terminology and understand how to organize complex information clearly. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

Contract length: Full Time
