Responsibilities:
- Greet all service customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to and determine customer vehicle concerns
- Review additional maintenance needs when appropriate
- Write service orders with clear descriptions of problems and repairs
Skills/background needed:
- Team-oriented mindset
- Confident communicator
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in an on-site environment
- No prior experience necessary – full training provided
