Summary:
You’ll handle service appointment requests from customers, verify availability, and manage customer and vehicle information. This is a desk-based role where you’ll be the point of contact between customers and our service team.
Main Responsibilities:
• Enter and manage appointment information in our scheduling system, including technician assignments and customer details
• Follow up with technicians to check on job status and keep customers informed of progress
• Communicate with service managers about repair updates, parts needed, completed work, and any time extensions required
• Close out labour records once work is completed and maintain accurate status notes
• File and organize repair orders for service managers to review
• Assist with fulfilling customer orders for parts and help with inventory management tasks
Skills/background needed:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills – you’ll be speaking with customers and team members daily
• Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in learning is helpful
• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school experience is a plus but not required)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• Previous experience as a technician is helpful but absolutely not required
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application
