Don’t just market to customers. Understand what drives them.
We’re looking for a self-directed marketer who can turn customer insights into content, campaigns, and customer journeys that drive action. If you’re curious about why customers buy (or don’t), see opportunities others miss, and use modern AI tools to research, ideate, write, and analyse, we should talk.
What You’ll Drive
This position has two primary missions.
1. Turn Interest Into Customers
Thousands of people interact with us every day. They research products, compare options, join mailing lists, abandon carts, and purchase. Your job is to keep the conversation going.
• Own lifecycle marketing strategy from concept through execution and optimisation.
• Build and manage email and SMS campaigns, automated journeys, funnels, and behavioural triggers.
• Segment audiences using website activity, engagement, purchase behaviour, and other meaningful signals.
• Create abandonment, nurture, post-purchase, re-engagement, and cross-sell programmes.
• Write persuasive email, SMS, landing-page, and campaign copy.
• Test messaging, offers, and journeys; measure conversions, revenue, and engagement—then improve what works.
2. Help People and AI Find Your Products
Customers use search engines and increasingly ask AI systems what to buy. We want to be surfaced and recommended for the right reasons.
• Create and optimise content for organic search and product discovery using modern search and AI discovery practices.
• Use search tools and AI platforms to uncover search opportunities, content gaps, and customer questions.
• Turn product information, technical data, test results, and existing marketing materials into useful, discoverable content.
• Clearly explain what products do, who they’re for, how they’re different, and why those differences matter.
• Identify valuable content that doesn’t exist yet—and create it. As your product knowledge grows, so will opportunities to develop explainers, guides, and comparisons.
