We’re looking for an organized, outgoing coordinator to plan and run off-site events, manage our social media accounts, and keep our online shop and gift card orders running smoothly. If you’re the type who loves great events, creating content, and never forgets the details, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do – Off-Site Events
- Plan and run all off-site events, from festivals to partner events
- Book event locations and work with vendors and partners
- Confirm permits, insurance needs, power, tenting, tables, and other logistics as needed
- Create a run sheet for each event, plus packing lists for signage, products, point-of-sale systems and supplies
- Coordinate product delivery, counts and setup for festivals and partner events
- Organize event staff and write staff notes with arrival times, dress code, and talking points
- Handle event setup and breakdown
- Track product sales, gift card sales, and inventory after each event
- Follow up with partners and collect customer and partner feedback
- Write event recaps covering what worked, what sold and what to improve
- Help with on-site events when needed
What You’ll Do – Social Media and Marketing
- Manage our social media accounts, including daily posts and video content
- Bring back photos and highlights from events for marketing
- Coordinate seasonal product launches with graphics and social media posts
- Help with other marketing and social media projects when needed
What You’ll Do – Shop and Gift Cards
- Handle all product ordering and online shop inventory management
- Keep shop displays neat, stocked and updated with current promotions
- Add new products to the website and update product photos, descriptions, sizes, prices and inventory levels
- Pack and ship online orders and follow up on customer shipping issues
- Process gift card orders
- Help customers with any product or gift card questions
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in event planning, marketing, social media, retail or hospitality (restaurant or similar venue experience is helpful)
- Comfortable managing social media and creating posts and video content
- Very organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple events, orders and deadlines
- Comfortable tracking budgets, sales and inventory
- Friendly, professional communicator with vendors, partners, customers and team members
- Experience with online shop platforms is helpful, but we’ll provide full training
- Available evenings, weekends and event days as needed
- Able to set up and break down events, lift supplies and stay on your feet during long events
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be 21 or older
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
