About the Role:
We’re looking for a Content Writer to join our marketing team on a full-time basis. In this role, you’ll transform business messaging into engaging, original content across social media platforms. You’ll work on creating posts, graphics, and video content tailored to different platforms, always with a focus on what audiences actually want to read and engage with.
This is a great opportunity if you’re a self-starter who loves brainstorming creative angles, spotting trending topics, and bringing fresh perspectives to everyday business stories. You’ll collaborate closely with a supportive team while owning projects from initial concept through completion.
What You’ll Do:
• Write and edit compelling copy tailored to social media platforms, with attention to brand voice and audience engagement
• Develop social media strategies based on target audience, core messaging, and platform best practices
• Create content calendars and manage posting schedules using platform analytics and performance data
• Identify seasonal, trending, and timely opportunities to strengthen social media presence
• Work with team members and stakeholders to ensure content is well-rounded and strategically aligned
• Stay current with platform updates, emerging features, and social media best practices
• Transform routine business topics into creative, audience-focused content through strategic storytelling
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest)
• Ability to adapt your writing style across different industries and audiences
• Experience interpreting analytics and translating data into recommendations is a plus
• Familiarity with social media management tools is helpful but not essential
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• A naturally curious mindset with a passion for learning and creative problem-solving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
