The Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused, energetic service writer to join our automotive service team. You’ll be the main point of contact between customers and our service technicians, ensuring every customer has a smooth, professional experience.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting service customers warmly and professionally
- Answering service calls and scheduling appointments
- Explaining repair needs, costs, and timelines clearly to customers
- Coordinating repair orders with our technician team
- Keeping customers updated throughout their service visit
- Suggesting additional maintenance when appropriate
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Creating an excellent experience on every visit
What We’re Looking For
You’re customer-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You have strong communication skills and feel comfortable using computers and learning new software. Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful, but we provide full training on all systems and processes.
You’re flexible with your schedule, including evenings and Saturdays, and ready to grow your career in the automotive industry.
