What You’ll Do:
Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Interact with customers both in-store and by phone. Follow a structured process to support sales and service operations. Manage repair orders effectively and follow up with customers. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally.
Skills/Background Needed:
No prior experience required. You should be reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in providing great customer service. A background in the automotive industry is a bonus, but not necessary. A valid driver’s license and weekend availability are required. You’ll receive comprehensive paid training to develop the skills needed for this role.
