About the role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Content Writer to join our marketing team. You’ll own our social media presence across multiple platforms, create engaging content, manage our website, and help build our brand story. This is a one-person marketing department role with plenty of room to grow—if you like seeing the full picture from social posts to events to results reports, this is a great fit.
What you’ll do:
• Manage social media content calendars, balancing educational posts, brand stories, and community engagement across multiple platforms
• Create content from real-world situations: photographs, videos, seasonal displays, and team stories
• Keep website pages current and drive traffic through regular posts
• Track website inquiries, log them in our system, acknowledge senders, and pass them to the sales team the same day
• Maintain marketing lists for clients, prospects, and industry partners, including regular updates
• Produce marketing materials including calendars, direct mail, eCards, and other promotional items on schedule
• Build and maintain a shared library of sales tools: lookbooks, one-pagers, brochures, and custom pieces
• Manage brand assets including team photos, email signatures, and business cards
• Help plan and run showroom events, pop-up events, networking sessions, and trade shows
• Handle vendor management for uniforms, promotional items, and print materials
• Deliver monthly reports on social media performance, website traffic, and leads generated
• Work with our sales and operations teams to support business goals
• Attend some after-hours events and networking opportunities
Skills/background needed:
• Experience with social media management and outbound communication
• Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools for creating visuals
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and basic analytics tools
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• A self-starter who brings ideas and solutions to challenges
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and industry knowledge
• Experience with photography, video, or event planning is a plus
• College degree preferred but not required—we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn over credentials
What we offer:
• Full training provided—no prior experience in this specific industry is necessary
• Fully remote, work-from-home position
• Opportunities to develop creative skills and grow into a larger role
• Supportive team environment
• Clear path to expand your responsibilities as you grow
