We’re looking for a Service Writer to join our automotive team. This is an on-site, customer-facing role where you’ll help vehicle owners understand their maintenance needs and guide them through repair services.
In this role you’ll:
Greet customers in a friendly, timely manner and gather information about their vehicles
Advise customers on vehicle maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
Generate accurate repair estimates for customers
Communicate repair timelines clearly with both customers and technicians
Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits
Handle customer information with care and confidentiality
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Skills/background needed:
Strong customer service skills
Comfortable using phones and basic computer programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license
Minimum age 18
Previous automotive service experience is a bonus, but not required – we provide full training
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
