Overview:You’ll support the maintenance and repair operations for our asset base by coordinating logistical activities, processing work requests, and creating work orders. You’ll act as a key point of contact between teams, helping to ensure maintenance projects run smoothly and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:Work with managers, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve any issues that arise. You’ll help manage relationships with vendors and other departments to keep everything running smoothly.
Work Orders:Oversee work order processing and documentation to support assigned business units. You’ll prepare work orders, review open orders daily, estimate the resources and equipment needed, help with ordering spare parts, and ensure jobs stay on schedule and within budget.
Training:Help develop, implement, and improve training documentation and maintenance processes. You’ll coach and train maintenance staff on proper documentation practices and work order procedures to ensure accurate records and better data insights.
Reporting:Generate reports and trend analysis on repair data and maintenance work completed.
Skills/background needed:No prior experience required. You’ll receive full training on all processes and systems. What we’re looking for:

Rate:Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length:Full-time, permanent position.

Physical demands:This role involves both sitting and standing throughout the day. You may need to walk, reach, occasionally climb or balance, and stoop or kneel.
