We’re looking for an entry-level Service Writer to join our automotive team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face helping customers understand their vehicle service needs, schedule appointments, and feel confident about their repair decisions.

You’ll work directly with customers in a fast-paced, professional environment where your communication skills really matter. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers warmly and understanding their vehicle service needs
Explaining repair recommendations and service options in clear, honest language
Scheduling service appointments and keeping the workflow running smoothly
Creating and updating service records with care and accuracy

Working towards service quality goals that keep customers satisfied
